Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use streakygames.com (“Streaky”). By playing, creating an account or buying Premium you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms are a plain-language baseline. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

The games

Streaky offers 37 short browser games. 17 are free to play without an account; the other 20 require Premium. Some games include computer-controlled opponents, which are labelled “Rival AI”.

Accounts

• A free account lets your finished rounds count on the leaderboards and saves your progress across devices.
• Give a valid email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Player names are shown publicly. Do not choose a name that is offensive, impersonates someone or includes personal information. We may change or remove names that break these terms.

Premium subscription

• Premium costs $1.99 per month (USD) and renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price is shown before you pay.
• Premium unlocks all 37 games, removes ads, earns leaderboard XP at 2x and unlocks Premium-only cosmetics.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel from your profile page at any time. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it does not renew.
• When you cancel we may offer to pause billing or a discount. If you pause, Premium is also paused until billing resumes.

Fair play and leaderboards

Leaderboards only count rounds finished by signed-in players. Our servers reject scores that are out of range for a game or submitted faster than a round can be played. Do not use cheats, bots, scripts, modified clients or any other way to submit scores you did not earn by playing. We may remove scores, reset progress or close accounts that do.

XP, badges and cosmetics

XP, badges, streaks and cosmetics are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account. XP and badges cannot be bought. Cosmetics can be unlocked with Streaky Coins (see below). We may rebalance XP, badges or items as the games change.

Streaky Coins and the Battle Pass

Streaky Coins (“coins”) are a virtual item you can use only on Streaky to unlock cosmetic items and the battle pass track. Coins and cosmetics change how things look, never how a game plays.

• You get coins by levelling up, from battle pass rewards, from daily challenges and the daily reward, or by buying a coin pack. Coins earned by levelling up are limited to a set number per day.
• Coins have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside Streaky, sold, or transferred to another account.
• Coins are a limited licence to use a feature of Streaky, not property you own. We may change the coin prices of cosmetics in the future; anything you already unlocked stays unlocked.
• Buying a coin pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; you’ll get a receipt by email.
• If a payment for a coin pack is refunded or reversed (for example a chargeback), we remove those coins. If they were already spent, your balance may go below zero and coin purchases pause until it is back above zero; items you unlocked stay unlocked.
• The battle pass runs in seasons with a published end date. Rewards you reach are yours to keep. The pass track can be unlocked with coins, or is included with an active Streaky Premium or Multiplayer subscription. You can’t buy tiers.
• If you’re under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), ask a parent or guardian before buying coins.
• If your account is closed for breaking these terms, unspent coins are lost, except where the law says otherwise.

Refunds

• Coin packs: if you bought a pack by mistake, email support@streakygames.com within 14 days of the purchase. We refund it if its coins haven’t been spent.
• Cosmetics unlocked with coins, and the battle pass track, can’t be refunded once unlocked, because they are delivered immediately (where the law requires your consent for this, buying confirms it).
• Subscriptions (Premium, Multiplayer): as described in the Premium subscription section; you can cancel anytime from your profile.
• Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems.
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute the games or artwork.
• Do not use Streaky for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Streaky running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove games and features. If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use Streaky after that means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Streaky is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, scores or leaderboard positions.
